Transportation

Most people should drive themselves to and from TRI or arrange for their own transportation. For people with no means of transportation, TRI will discuss options with you. There is lots of parking space.

Personal Items

You should leave your personal items in your car if you drive yourself. If you did not drive yourself, you can bring in a purse, small bag, or back pack. You can bring your phone into the building, but it must be on silent or airplane mode during groups. There is no texting or looking at your phone during groups.

Health and Security Screening

Each day upon arrival, you will be asked about COVID symptoms or contacts and your temperature will be taken by a non-contact thermometer. Also, you will be screened with a wand to check for metal. The TRI face mask policy will vary depending on state and local mandates and the level of the pandemic.

Daily Schedule

The schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00-2:30. Groups are at 9:00-10:00, 10:15-11:15, 12:15-1:15, and 1:30-2:30.

Lunch is on your own from 11:15-12:15, and there is a 15-minute break between groups. There are many places to eat within 5 miles of TRI.

TRI is considering adding a virtual PHP by Zoom and also possibly a late afternoon-evening group.

Groups are limited to 8 people per group, with occasional exceptions where there may be 9 or 10 participants. This is true for both in-person and Zoom groups.

You have to be enrolled in either the in-person or the virtual group.

Individual Therapy

TRI provides one individual therapy session per week. This will happen either during one of the groups or after the last group of the day.
